Mobile WebApp!

CORTEX Service will be available on all mobile devices for a seamless access on the go! Just open up your CORTEX Service Webapplication on your Mobile!
*Note: Them Mobile WebApp version will be deployed over the course of Jan '26 to customers Worldwide!

In order to bring all the CORTEX Service information to your mobile - we have re-engineered the Map to have dynamic panels! This means that not only on Mobile but on any screen size it will behave better- the map will adapt its panels and tiles so that it's optimal for your screen size. Desktop - Tablet - Phone.

In the mobile version you will now find a new tab bar to allow you to switch between the Map - Asset view - Filters . Want to get back to the map - Simply tap our CORTEX Service logo top left or click on the map button bottom right.

More release updates!

• Axon EQ Elevated Light Integration:

  • CORTEX Service now supports the new Axon EQ elevated light, including detection and management of alignment issues.

  • The Cockpit now displays alignment alerts from connected elevated lights, with new trend charts for Tilt Angle and warnings for Direction Angle.

  Improved synchronization and back-end handling for large work orders.

Bug Fixes

• Apple Mobile Browser Issue:
  Fixed a bug that prevented CORTEX Service Web from opening on Apple mobile devices.

• User Management:

  • Resolved issue where user names with spaces blocked changes at the user level.

• Observation Panel:

  • Fixed crash when refreshing during an observation.

  • Observation panel now closes correctly after performing an action..

• General UI:

  • Various fixes for wrapping, padding, and button placement to improve mobile experience.

CORTEX Service Public API

Our development team is building a robust public API by integrating Swagger with CORTEX Service. Soon, software like Maximo, Dynamic 360, and more will be able to connect with us securely. You’ll be able to exchange work orders, maintenance tasks, and much more data between CORTEX Service and other platforms. Stay tuned for more details! Please note the API module requires an additional subscription and set up cost - contact your sales responsible for more information.

AI - Airside Intelligence

You can ask our new AI about the ADB Safegate product, and it will instantly retrieve information and links the from manuals, data sheets, and more—giving you the answers you need, right when you need them!
